Members Sandy Jaeb along with hubby and 2 young sons will host a field trip/meeting at their 'ranchette' in Dover this coming Sunday, October 5th. 

Vendors are welcome to set up their wares about 1 pm.

there will be a power point presentation of their trip to Joel Salatin's farm www.polyfacefarms. com in Swoope, Virginia
where they learned responsible ranching

Tours begin after Q&A and discussion. 

Bring:  Snacks, chair, saved egg cartons for hosts, cash for purchases, a hat just in case.  If you have plants, cuttings, seeds to share, do bring them along!  

 

The ranch currently has free range eggs but is out of poultry and beef for sale just now. 

Mapquest does a good job of locating them.  Note they are near the end of Gallagher closest to Hwy 60.

at the Lakeland Downtown Farmers Market.

Several Barefoot Gardener members are vendors there, selling their produce, plants and other natural wares.
