LAKELAND -- Barefoot Gardener organic gardening club meets at 2 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month at various host locations. On Labor Day, our very first meeting, our workshop was "The Art of Cold Composting -- Let The Worms Do The Work," which gave all participants the chance to learn how to create black gold before our next meeting!
Our November meeting will be in Bartow. The topic will be determined by popular request. Y'all come!
